How do I change my email ID?

Currently, we do not allow investors to change their email address directly through the application.  In order to change your email address, please send an email to from your old email ID, stating that you would like to change your existing email ID to a new email ID.  Remember to mention the new email ID you want to migrate to.  Our customer support team will verify the new email ID with you separately, and once verified, our technical support team will initiate the change from the backend.  

We regret the inconvenience caused by this, but we strongly believe that this creates an extra layer of security for our investors and prevents inadvertent modification of your email ID, especially from an unknown source.
